As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns, and providing accurate lawn analyses in your route, while offering amazing customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and performing other professional applications
Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proven time management
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
Professional appearance
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required
